THE HISTORY
Tara spent 22 years at Cisco Systems, 20 years of those running and managing channel partner accounts, creating a robust model for successful partner relationships.
She became a first line manager in 2016 and was quicky promoted through the ranks to become Client Director of one of the biggest global Telecoms accounts for Cisco, responsible for circa $900m business.
She is used to managing large teams and producing successful results while operating in very complex, dynamic, matrixed environments.
She joined Salesforce as a Sales Director in 2022, to manage strategic Telecoms and Sports and Gaming accounts. There she was responsible for building long term team, account and sector strategies and tasked with fixing challenged Executive stakeholder relationships.
She is now a Sales and Marketing consultant, and has been working with SMEs and Scale up companies on new product launch and Sales and Marketing strategies, as well as short term Sales leadership cover.
She has sat on the Pride of Place Board for Blackpool since 2019, taking a lead on developing the Digital Vision and Strategy for the town, with the aim of creating economic and social prosperity for all citizens.
Completed training courses: Powerbase Selling, Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling, Corporate Vision Create Value Skills, Cisco Sales Collaboration Lab, Cisco Sales Leadership Programme.
Tara holds a diploma in AI: Business Strategies and Applications from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.
